Produced by John Powers, TorranceLive presents the innovative theater series Works in Progress, the family-oriented cultural festival Ooodles of Noodles, the eclectic free noon concert series Wild Wednesdays!, and the Concerts in the Park series. These are programs of the Cultural Services Division, Torrance Community Services Department.
John Powers has produced programs under the TorranceLive banner since 1995 and has involved hundreds of volunteers, thousands of performing artists, and ten of thousands of patrons in the community-building experiences of the arts. |
