There was a decrease in attendance by patrons from last year’s event. The number of participating artists remained consistent with 2009. Participating restaurants decreased slightly. The event also continued to draw the participation of volunteer organizations.

Volunteers from various high school service organizations play a vital role in making the festival a success. Among them are North High Julians & Valians (Js & Vs), Torrance High Kiwins, West CSF and West High Key Club.
