Rhythm Rascals 

Wild Wednesdays! free noon concert series was presented from 1995 through 2010 and served more than 30,000 patrons.  Concerts were presented on the Torino Festival Plaza during the summer months through Torrance Cultural Services in partnership with the Office of Supervisor Don Knabe, Los Angeles County Arts Commission, and The Daily Breeze.
