Concerts in Park is a program of Torrance Cultural Services Division presented in co-sponsorship with the Office of Supervisor Don Knabe, Los Angeles County Arts Commission, and The Daily Breeze. They are offered with support of Torrance Homeowners Associations. Events are presented at Columbia Park. |
